my dog eats cat shit in my box of cat litter, which could hurt him?
Its disgusting and I want to quit, but my dog does not listen.
This is normal. Eat excrement itself, I'd say, harmless. However, if the mud sticks to the waste stool worried it could cause intestinal obstruction. If the cat has worms, I would worry about cross infection. Cats eat a diet rich proteins and their feces is more protein than most dog foods are attracted by it. On the positive side, it's a turd have less to carry!
