A leather shoes emit an unpleasant odor after use?
I have leather shoes from Rockport. I never had a problem with them until recently. After using one day off and I felt very bad. I no feet smell so bad, but I thought it might be leather.
yes! I had exactly the same happen to me. I guess the smell is the result of a bacterial process (could also be yeast)? In my experience, this happened fairly quickly (the shoes are very well and use all day long and then one day no doubt begin to stink ... not a gradual change) so that it appears it is that the accumulation of sweat and odor over time. were not wet and out does not solve the problem. Fortunately, this has usually occurs only with older shoes to get rid of them when they "went wrong" ... disinfection but never thought to them and see if that makes a difference. I would like to try some mild disinfectant such as Lysol spray ... at least worth a try if you have other suggestions good luck!
