Although there are many types of resin floors, there is a specific request for an anti-slip version in almost all countries. Plants can be drag by a variety of media, but most techniques involve the use of an oxide or quartz surface to give the texture.
We will examine three major resin systems that are roller coating, self leveling and bearers. In general, thickness of these systems are 100 and 500 microns, 1 mm to 4 mm and 6 mm and 9 mm, respectively.
Because of the thin coatings, there a restriction on the size of aggregates, and thus the value of slip resistance, available. The total size should never exceed twice the thickness coating because it is capable of being extracted by force.
The installation process is fairly simple, but we must always keep in mind that the success of this system is very dependent on the proper preparation and appropriate surface. So little preparation and coating the leaves are falling because of lack of grip, too, and the texture shows through a thin layer. For this reason, installation coatings are best left to professionals.
Once the first coat of primer is shown below, the selected set is dispersed in it. According to the most anti-skid is required, the size and distribution of the additive will be varied. The soil is left to heal, and then circulated to remove all loose particles. All other aggregates binds to the resin, but as with the roll-coat, is subject to a superior sealant to hold the joint in place. The deepest section of the self-leveling allows larger aggregates to be used, and therefore a major fight, the profile shift can be achieved.
The ability to clean the soil should always be considered anti when selecting the sliding materials.
The second way to make the pad is self-leveling with a surface profile smooth, then sealed after it has healed, with an upper layer in which an aggregate fine may be dispersed. A second strong hand holds all in place.
This system is normally used when a fine surface texture, as it is only necessary to add small, can be used in coatings because of its superiority of a thin insulator.
