How hot sauce with ornamental plants in Thailand?

I have been cultivating a plant ornamental pepper Thai for some time and much Ive had pepper small (less than one inch giant) and dried. I am under 20 years. I do a lot of sauce hot mini with them, but I'm not sure .. They are super hot (50.000 + scolenes) and you can tell just one bite (ouch!). So, anyone have any good recipes for my hot hot peppers?
